From the time he picked up a baseball bat at age 3, sports shaped everything about who he is — the discipline, the drive to win, and above all, the commitment to his teammates. A proud Colorado Springs native, Austin played at Cheyenne Mountain High School before going on to play collegiate baseball at the University of Nebraska. After college, he spent two years playing professionally before channeling those same instincts into a career in sales.
The transition to insurance was a natural one. Just like in sports, success in this business isn't about individual glory — it's about putting the people around you in the best possible position to succeed. Austin's roots run deep — his family is still there, and after his playing days he came back to coach baseball at Cheyenne Mountain High School, the same field where his own career began. Outside of work, Austin is married and enjoys life with his German Shepherd/Husky mix. Together they spend weekends hiking the trails of Cheyenne Canyon and exploring the mountains across Colorado. That connection to community isn't just personal — it's why Austin takes such pride in protecting the families and neighbors he grew up alongside.
